The hahnel HW433 RF Wireless Pro Remote Shutter Release has a dual function; the ultra high frequency ensures that a radio transmission range of upto 80 metres is possible (allowing transmission through obstacles such as walls and ceilings) and a push-button control, which operates like a short distance (2.8m) cable release.

The Wireless RF Pro remote control provides for auto-focusing before shutter release and a lock-in fuction for continuous shutter release and bulb exposure function. The receiver can be firmly set onto the camera with the built in camera shoe provided and the 16 different channels eliminate interference from other sources. As it is triggered by radio, it does not suffer from blocking by obstacles such as walls which can affect infra-red release systems.

It operates at 433MHz frequency and has a four digit code selector switch built into the transmitter and receiver. This helps to protect against interference from other sources.

This remote unit allows auto-focus before shutter release and a lock in function for continuous shutter release and bulb exposures

Nikon D70s, Nikon D80, Nikon D90, Nikon D200, Nikon D300, Nikon D700, Nikon D1, Nikon D1H, Nikon D1X, Nikon D2H, Nikon D2Hs, Nikon D2X, Nikon D2Xs, Nikon D3, Nikon D3s, Nikon D3x plus any other Nikon digital slr camera that uses a MC-DC1, MC-DC2 or MC-30 type cable switch.
