The Sennheiser MEG 14-40 is a 15.7” gooseneck microphone designed to provide intelligible speech reproduction for lectures, conferences, meetings, and houses of worship. It features an XLR 3-pin connector, which is compatible with most standard microphone preamps.
Its KE 10 capsule features a directional cardioid polar pattern and yields a frequency response of 50 Hz to 20 kHz. RF shielding protects against interference from wireless devices, giving you a cleaner signal. The flexible 15.7” gooseneck allows precise placement in front of the spokesperson. No batteries are needed to power the MEG 14-40, it operates on 12 to 48V phantom power.
