Targeting has never been so easy with the laser rangefinder featuring Nikon’s optical VR (Vibration Reduction)¹. Vibrations of the image in the viewfinder caused by hand movement are reduced to approx. 1/5 or less². With more stable images you can achieve your measurement more rapidly – ideal for long-range hunting or smaller targets. HYPER READ shows the results immediately, so you waste no time in preparing your shot.
Target Priority Switch System lets you measure the nearest or furthest overlapping subject, and the high-quality 6x monocular is encased in an ergonomically designed, waterproof and fog-free body.
Employing Nikon’s VR (Vibration Reduction) system, vibrations of the image in the viewfinder caused by hand movement are reduced¹, and the irradiated laser is also aligned at the same time. Because you can direct the laser onto the target faster and more easily, the ease of measurement to a small target at a long distance is significantly improved. This is all achieved by Nikon’s original technologies that are a fusion of VR technology and high-performance measurement function.
You’ll always get a quick and consistent measurement response. Nikon’s original data processing algorithm, HYPER READ, displays the distance measurement result with a fast and stable response, regardless of the distance to the target. This enables you to focus on your shot in situations where every split second counts.
Nikon’s ID (Incline/Decline) technology compensates for uphill or downhill shooting angles by providing the one number that is needed to take the shot – the horizontal distance.
Let the Target Priority Switch System take the worry out of subjects that overlap, so you’re always certain of the target and the correct distance measurement. First Target Priority mode displays the distance of the closest subject – useful for subjects that appear in front of an overlapping background. Distant Priority mode shows the distance to the furthest subject, which is particularly useful in wooded areas.
A multilayer coating is applied to the lenses, giving you a much brighter and clearer view. This increases light transmission and reduces flare and ghost due to light reflection. You can rely on its performance even in the most challenging conditions.
The MONARCH 7i VR’s body is built to be compact and lightweight, and is optimised for hunting. While maintaining high optical performance, the laser rangefinder’s easy-to-handle ergonomic body design ensures comfortable and stress-free operation. It is also waterproof – ready to handle unexpectedly wet conditions – with a rainproof battery chamber.
