Do you have installment plan?

Sorry, at the moment we do not have installment plan with bank or credit card company. You need to check with your credit card company for installment arrangement.

How can I assured that I will receive my ordered products after paid?

ShaShinKi® is a Malaysia registered company. The founder, Dr. KOH KHO KING, is also the co-founder of the Malaysia first and largest online photography community ~ Buyers can check with the members at on the credibility and reliability of ShaShinKi®, and rest assured that all ordered products will reach in good condition as promised. Every month, ShaShinKi® spends thousands of ringgit advertising in magazines (DCM, HWM) and online websites, we care for our reputation and we are serious in the business.


Why is there extra shipping cost to Sabah / Sarawak for product above RM50?

ShaShinKi® offers FREE SHIPPING within Malaysia for order above RM50, with some exceptions. Products that are of big size or heavy weight (tripod, camera bag, dry cabinet...etc.) are having very high shipping cost to Sabah / Sarawak via PosLaju. In order to keep our selling price competitive, we have to extract the shipping cost to Sabah / Sarawak from our selling price, and impose it separately for shipment to these two States. Most of our products are still of FREE SHIPPING as stated on the product page.


How to claim for warranty?

For Malaysia customers, all warranty claim products need to return to our store address in Johor. Please inform us prior to returning. For oversea customers, please contact us for returning details/address.


What is Import Product?

Import product is product that ShaShinKi® import directly from oversea supplier. The different between import product and local product is the warranty. Import product is having ShaShinKi® warranty (please refer to the product page for warranty duration), bare the same warranty conditions as local set. ShaShinKi® will pay for the cost to repair / replace an import product at ShaShinKi® own cost when warranty claim / repair is needed (within the warranty period). In some cases, Import product might have different packaging / bundled accessories or free gifts as per local product (please refer to the product page for details).

Product wise, import set is exactly the same as local set.
