Kirk LP-46 Replacement Arca-Type Quick Release Lens Plate/Foot
The Kirk LP-46 Lens Plate is designed to take the place of the original tripod collar foot of a Nikon 400mm f/2.8 AF-S (I and II) & 600mm AF-S II and VR lenses, and to convert the collar to make it directly compatible with Arca-type quick release clamps, without the need for additional quick release plates. The foot is 1.875" shorter then the original Nikon foot, which helps to lower its center of gravity. Critical mass is also reduced, but the original Nikon design is still maintained, which allows it to still be used as a carrying handle.
Each adapter comes complete with all the necessary hardware and tools to make the conversion.
