Also, you should study well established e-commerce shopping sites like amazon.com etc. Your shopping interface needs serious improvement. Let's say I've just made an order and decided to use XYZ bank to make payment, after order is confirmed, I change my mind, and feel like using another bank account instead or payment method, or maybe I want to cancel my purchase altogether, what do I do? I suppose I could email you to ask you to cancel the order or wait 10 days or whatever to re-order the same thing. I don't even see any button on the site that says "cancel order" or "change payment method" etc. I could go on and on about how the interface and experience is disappointing but so far this issue is the most annoying.

Currently we do not have the option for customers to change / edit order by themselves as once an order is placed, all the information (address, ordered items, payment methods, etc.) will be recorded and email to the customers and our processing department. It will then be assigned to a unique order number.
For customers that wished to change the payment method or shipping address, he/she can actually reply to the Order Confirmation email that he/she received, and tell us the information that he/she wished to change. We will then edit and process for hi
