I've ordered the Ducame Strober on my Order # 112328 and now one of the strobe failed me. When I plugged it in, it gives me the blinking red light and I can't use it. I need your help and advice. It just pass the 1 year warranty and it just fail. Need help.

The power adapter might be faulty. Since the product already more than 5 years old (out of warranty), so you will need to get a new power adapter.

Its 5 days away from being a month since I ordered my items and I still have yet to see my items.

I called up your staff last week and there was no answer from their mobile so I called the tel no and was answered by a really blur malay girl who after that put me on hold because the one that could help me went on lunch break.. Thats fine.. I got a whatsapp later on from your staff teling me that my order has to come from overseas and will shipped the next week.

Well guess what?! ITS THE NEXT WEEK NOW that I'm filing this complaint with no updates whatsoever on my item
and again I'm going to ask this since your staff did not bother to reply me when I asked her.


Mind you, I patiently waited for 2 weeks before I made that call and I need my items for an event work happening next week and THANK YOU VERY MUCH, at this rate, it looks like I'm not gonna get it in time =.= Happy Deepavali to you guys!

This is a complain:
Something you might want to change in your "second hand" equipment: it is ABSOLUTELY BORING that you show some items that "catch your eye" but in fact are actually "SOLD"
So maybe you want to show the potential customer:"hey, look in there, see all the nice GOODIES we have ! "
IMHO this is not a good idea....: the result is that it is so boring that I do not come back to check what is available..
Once sold, PLEASE remove from the list !
The search will be much easier and less frustrating.
And , I guess, more efficient.

I've recently purchase a few items from of more than RM4,000 value on 6th Oct and requested to issue a tax invoice under my office during the purchase.

No tax invoice is attached when I received the parcel on 13th Oct, therefore I follow up with an request email to both, and on the same time.

Can someone really look into my request since all contact numbers written on the website are either direct to voice mail or no 1pick up.

i have recently bought a tamron 10-24mm f3.5-4.5 VLC lens from shashinki. All in all i am happy but it could have been better if i was informed earlier regarding the stock availibility of lens as i was made to follow up on my own, if not i would have received my lens really late ( possibly 1mth plus?). Otherwise, the product came in mint condition and i am very happy with shooting with this lens.

Order the item today morning and get it next day morning. Item was wrapped with 2 layers of bubble wrapper and another paper box (extra protection)*thumb up*. Still haven't go the chance to test the item till this weekend..maybe.

Kudos to Shashinki for a very good job in dealing with customer. Fast response through Whatsapp and even there is no available stock in the physical store, but the staff responds very fast to get the item form th supplier.... only take 1 business day to reach my hands (the shipment made on Friday evening and I got the item on Monday morning...the item is well wrapped with lots of bubblewrap so no damage is seen... I will definitely buy my camera equipment again and again on Shashinki wesbite plus the price of the original Malaysian set is very cheap as compared to other online store...

The product delivered was good. Bubble wrap of of the packaging was pretty safe to ensure my camera not affected by shipping. But the shipping was delivered byPOS Laju is slow. Highly not recommend Shashinki use their service anymore. Really terrible!

Hi there Dr. Koh. I'm very much interested in buying at ShaShinKi and I plan to get the Sony a6500 (body only) very soon from your website. I know this question might be so ridiculous but how come you are able to sell all products at such low price? The a6500 is priced at RM5300 and that is the lowest I have ever seen so far. Is there any reason behind this? Previous stock or manufactured in different places or different materials used or something? Just curious and of course worried whether I am getting the best through ShaShinKi or is it for those who prefer lower budget. :)

My first time buying from Shashinki with good service from the staff. I ordered online on 24th Aug at night and get it on 26th Aug. Very nice experience and they even called to check whether they can change to TaQbin since my preferred courier Citilink already left by the time the package is ready for delivery because I need it latest by the following Wednesday. I got it on the same week (Saturday) instead with excellent packaging and camera in good condition.

Very nice experience and good service.

My shopping started with some initial questions via e-mail which were answered within a few hours where I also asked for advice on which items to chose between. I followed their advice and ordered via mail, got my proforma invoice and made an overseas bank transfer. They responded very quickly and timed the delivery exactly according to my travel plans. Then, I had to make an complementary order due to that one of my lenses broke, and they managed to squeezed in that delivery into the originally planned delivery as well. Excellent service, since I only had a window of 3 days to receive the items before traveling again.

All goods arrived with excellent packaging and worked perfectly. I'm very happy with my new camera and lenses.

Very quick delivery, plenty payment options. My only gripe would be the website is ancient, the used corner can be overwhelming. If therr is a quick list of items by category without picture in the used section it would be quite nice. Kudos for the free delivery and use of pos laju. Very quick delivery to Sarawak. Thanks guys. Ordered a Used "Like New" Nikkor AF-S DX 55-200mm.... Paid by Direct Debit, within the evening the item was despatched. received only 2 days later. PosLaju delivery van breakdown before delivery.
On the whole, the lens was very well protected and packed. Perfect - no chance of damage.
Took out the lens and did a thorough physical check. As described it was perfect, no issue.
Fitted in my D3400 camera. did several rounds of tests with various ISO/f-Stop/Shutter speed tests. Perfect. As good as new

This is far the worst service i have ever received. we purchased a camera and wanting to use it for our company event. unfortunately, was promised to deliver on thurday. what i dont understand is , if you knew there's an urgency in using the camera, and we are at the same state, cant you call us to pick it up or even deliver it to us personally.

this is what i call the extra mile you take. but instead you had to courier to us. we tried calling you and your office so many times to inform you that we have not received the canera.

but no one picks up any calls, not even the operations manager, NUR FARHANAH.. not even the office. at the end .. we have to make use our camera from the phone.

The person from your company that sent the order to us is Suffiah. Please check with her on the detail email communication between her and us. We have not received any phone call or email from you on the urgent delivery of the camera.

We sent the quotation and tax invoice to your company on 9th July 2017, but your company only informed us that a cheque has been deposited to us on 19th July 2017 (Weds). We immediately replied to Suffiah that we can only send out the camera AFTER the cheque clears. She is aware of that.

The cheque only cleared on 21st July 2017 (Friday), and we posted out the camera on the same day the cheque cleared. PosLaju tracking number was emailed to Suffiah on the same day.

Our working day is Monday to Friday (9am till 5pm, 1-2pm lunch break), and half day (retail) on Saturday.

They hang up ur phone call , they not working very well , they are very lazy and impolite person

I send my item in for repair , I got quote and I paid , when I still trust this company , they mention two thing is broken , I wonder why it happens or how , so I ask for a detail report from their company to shashinki , they ask me wait . Two weeks later I ask again , the staff tell me nothing but I will pass to someone incharge , so I get mad and call in , after asking for the question few times ,she cant answer me and say wait boss call , then she hang up my phone , I thought its connection problem and I call in again , in malay MALAS NAK LAYAN ORANG CAM NI ?
