last time a bought a AIPO Analog Series AS-31 Dry Cabinet (31L) with Digital Display in Order # 121637 but now it's not working anymore.
I tried to search for AIPO warranty but dont know where.

Could you help to check where I can bring my cabinet for warranty? i am living in Penang, Maylaysia.

Hi, just to drop a little feedback on my order.

I think there's a need to have a bit of an inventory update reflected on the website I placed an order for a black Sony a6300, but was informed that it was out of stock 2 weeks later, and before I placed the order- both my enquiry and the website stated that the black a6300 was in stock.

On the plus side, I got my a6300 (had it swapped to the silver model instead) yesterday and am quite pleased with it :)

Our apologies for the wrong stock status online. Some of our customers walk into to our retail store to purchase camera, and we forgot to update the stock online, hence the discrepancy in stock status.

We thank you for your willingness to change to A6300 silver colour. This is a new colour just recently released by Sony for the A6300 model. Hope you like it!

I have purchased a used nikkor 50mm manual focus lens. The delivery is super fast and I am really surprised by it!

However, when I got the lens I am a little disappointed. The lens is NOT what the title suggested.
Anyway, part of the reasons are I didn't ask and research more before I make the purchase, thus I mistaken it as an Ai lens.
Because of that, I can't use some of the functions on my F3.
But, the at least Dr. Koh is kind enough to explain to me which is a big plus!

I hope the staff should label the item correctly next time, especially for the older gears like lens and camera.

p.s. do the store offer trading used gear for another used gear?

We will get local Fujifilm Malaysia set during the early lauching stage. Import set will only be worth getting normally after 3-6 months, where price is more attractive by then. During initial launching time, import set normally is similar price as per local Fujifilm Malaysia set.

bought tamron 70-300 vc used. got squeal like metal grinding. whatsapping but told it was normal for tamron 70-300 to make that kind of sound. like really?

I have purchased numerous items from Shashinki in the past. Today I had some issues with my account that led me to create another account via Facebook. To my surprise, I noticed that the items that I was about to purchase have different price tags when I use the new account compared to my original account.

Appreciate if some explanation be given on this issue.

When you use FB login, our system won't be able to know if you are in Malaysia or oversea customers (Malaysia address will add 6% GST, while oversea address does not have GST).

So, the price you see is WITHOUT GST. But when check out, our system will add/remove GST based on your final SHIPPING address. If your shipping address is in Malaysia, then you will see the final price WITHIN GST included when completing your order.

The camera that I bought stated a bonus of a camera bag,SD card and extra canon battery(I did get the bonus bag and SD card but not the battery)

For the free battery, you need to register online at Canon Malaysia website and claim directly from them. Canon Malaysia will post the battery to you.

Ordered a few items but 1 item was out of stock. Took a few days of phone calls and email to sort it out. I opt to get a refund for the 1 item that was out of stock. Process was easy and good response from customer service. Once completed items were delivery within 1 day.

I just purchased a used Jusino BS-18 ballhead that has a defect. The panning knob (smallest knob) cannot lock the ballhead from turning. It still can move left and right after I tighten all the knobs.

Please inform me how to return this ballhead.

I also used up some of my points to buy this ballhead. Will my points be returned/refunded/recredited to me?

Our current system only allow coupon to be keyed in manually. We can't apply coupon automatically, as not all items will accept coupons (eg. gift vouchers), and there are some limitations on the coupons.

I ordered an Olympus M Zuiko 40-150mm f/4-5.6 R lens online and paid in the evening. On the next morning, I was informed that payment was received but the product was out of stock and I was a little disappointed. They even suggested an alternative colour for the lens but I declined.

By that evening, however, I was informed that new stock has arrived and they managed to send it out to the courier before the end of the day. I received the lens the next morning even before I could check the tracking number on the courier's website. It was well packed and the lens worked fine.
