After the conversation we had u want to kid, i am just dissapointed with the service you could have just be straight with me but once i mentioned kpdn u said sorry n wanted to refund me. U wasted my time thats what im angry.

reading all comments made me comfortable ordering here, even people with time difference got updates daily and everything. and here I have given a pdf complete with all information required they still ask my order number. I have also stated I am going on a trip overseas so I require still they haven't given me any timeline whatsoever. is it because my order is small. this is very bad service I tell you. I am disgusted by the service.

I made an order yesterday December 21 around 1-2am then it was delived around 1pm of December 22.

I bought a JJC lens hood n or remote for my Sony a6000 n received it the next following day by FedEx.
The FedEx charges is rather costly in my opinion from JB to Singapore.
Another point I would like to bring up is I was charge get for this item.
Shouldn't there be no gst charges for international order?

Dear Mike, we use only FedEx for international shipping, which is the fastest and safest way.

The price you paid is without GST. Our system automatically remove GST when your shipping country is outside of Malaysia.

Generally I found the prices quoted on this website are higher than shops in PJ / KL. I checked their websites for following lenses & this is comparison

Sigma 50-100, f1.4 Web A - 4418, Your Price - 4452
Sigma 24-70, f2.8 Web A - 3115, You -3339, Web B - 2850
Canon 24-70, f2.8 Web A - 8243, You - 8190, Web B - 7890

Web A and Web C do give some more discount when I go and buy at the shop. Since you do only online selling, the prices should be lower than others. May be you should look in.

I just bought a LCD hygrometer from Shashinki at Rm 90+.
A week later I bought same hygrometer from another website at Rm 21.00
Somehow I really got RIPPED OFF!

If the product is less than 7 days old, you may contact us to arrange for rerturning and refund.

There are many different grades and models of hygrometer. We give warranty / exchange for the unit we sell if faulty.

i am a bit upset with the yamato ta q bin delivery service. item i ordered from various vendor that using ta q bin all have problem with delivery (not efficient) and late delivery.
i not recomend your company to use the service. or next time i order please use pos laju or skynet instead.

I have bought 18 times and returned twice for product service that was under warranty. I never had any issue with late arrival, damaged or missing products, etc. And both the times when I returned the tripod for service, there were no issues as it was serviced and returned promptly. For this I have to applaud your service. But I would like to see improvements in your search engine and the Used Category. It would help the customer not to see items sold still appearing in the category and worst still without any indication that it is already sold. While still under the Used Category to search not just by brand but also by compatibility especially third party brands which are compatible to certain camera makes. Thank you again.

Thank you very much for the support and feedback! Currently what we have done to solve the problem above is to exclude products that have been sold in the SEARCH RESULTS. While they will still shown in the USED CORNER, but if you used search function, they will not be shown in the search results.
