Get turn by turn directions right in your ear with the zumo 595LM GPS System from Garmin. Designed for motorcycle use, this GPS device connects to an optional headset or helmet to provide directions, make calls, or even listen to music. You can even add an additional headset for a partner if you choose. Curvy Roads routing directs you to the nearest set of switchbacks so you can air it out a bit. A service history log lets you keep track of oil changes, spark plug swaps, new tires, and other maintenance. You can even set your bike up with a Tire Pressure Monitor System using optional equipment. Multiple mounts are included so you can use it on your bike as well as your car. Rider alerts warn you about sharp curves, state helmet laws, as well as speed cameras. The orientation of the screen can be changed from landscape to portrait, and transflective technology gives it a bright, crisp color display that reduces glare and is easy to read in sunlight.

Garmin Real Directions speaks street names so you don't need to take your eyes off of the road. Live traffic and weather radar data are available via Smartphone Link app. Lane assist and junction view ensure that you are in the right lane of travel while route avoidance lets you avoid highways or tolls. You can see upcoming points of interest as you motor along so you can pull over with plenty of time if one catches your eye. A speed limit indicator helps keep you on the right side of the law by displaying limits for most major roads to help you avoid a speeding ticket. Supporting custom maps, this model also features 3-D terrain mapping. Round trip routing gets you back to where you started for a leisurely cruise.

The built-in maps have lifetime updates available for free from Garmin, which are stored on the internal solid-state memory. You can add your own points of interest, up to 1000.
