Professor Kobre's Lightscoop Sony Standard Mirror Bounce for Pop-Up Flash turns your Sony DSLR's built-in pop-up flash into a fine lighting instrument, banishing unsightly black shadows, the evil (red) eye, and nasty hot spots from your photographs, and replacing them with a softer, gentler light that flatters your subject, whether man or woman, old or young, dog or cat, fish or fowl. 

Too good to be true? Nope, it works, and you don't have to be a technical wizard to use it, either. This small low-tech device creates soft, flattering light by using a small mirror to redirect light from your camera's pop-up flash to a ceiling or wall, which reflects the light, spreading it out and softening it, for greatly improved photos. Just slip the Lightscoop over your camera's pop-up flash, follow the simple directions, and, bingo!--you can stop deleting half your pictures because of the ugly lighting.

In addition to this standard mirror, a warming mirror which adds a light amber color for more pleasing skin tones is available separately.

The Lightscoop is designed for use only with Sony DSLRs using interchangeable lenses with a pop-up, built-in flash--the flash on point-and-shoot cameras isn't strong enough for use with the Lightscoop.

For non-Sony cameras, you must use the Lightscoop Universal Standard or Universal Warming Mirror. This Sony Standard Mirror Lightscoop is compatible with Sony a200, a250, a300, a350, a330, a380, a500, a550, a700 cameras.
