The 20-60x 60mm 45° Zoom Refractor Spotting Scope from Celestron is a prismatic refractor spotting scope at a great price, with an externally-sealed, waterproof housing that's also rubber armored.  Viewing is angled with a comfortable 45°.  The permanent zoom eyepiece with a soft rubber eyecup for eyeglass wearers provide extra comfort. It has 20-60x magnification, and comes with a tabletop tripod along with both a soft and a hard carrying case.  Because the scope's so compact and light, it is an ideal choice for using on a vehicle's window (with an optional window mount).
