Latte? Nice or Not?

Ordered a cup of latte recently in a new coffee shop. Looks good from the menu, nice presentation.

Actual serve is just as nice. Not too sweet, but I think the milk flavor is not thick enough. One problem with such presentation is that the coffee has to be at around 55-65 deg C, which is definitely NOT hot enough for my taste.

Good try, but no urge to repeat.
