Servicing my Volvo P1800 – Oil Change

My Volvo engine oil is quite dark and dirty. I poured some Marvel Mystery Oil into the engine few weeks ago, not sure that has got anything to do with cleaning up or making the engine oil so dark or not.

I have the engine oil and oil filter ready, so I decided to go to the nearby store to get them changed.

Done the change in 20 mins, labour cost RM20 only. Poured in all 4L of oil, which was too much. The reading reach to the X letter in the MAX indicator.

Nevermind, will remember next time.

The world’s highest mileage car, driven by Mr. Irvin Gordon, used only Caltex oil in his 3 million mileage Volvo P1800. It can’t be wrong following his proven foot steps.
