I sent my Volvo P1800 for reupholster work few weeks ago. After collecting the camera, I noticed that the seat is way too straight.
Initially I suspected that the stopper behind the seats were wrongly installed, but I couldn’t be sure. It was installed in reverse OUT, holding the side metal instead of the center bar rest round column.

Today, I google some images online and confirmed my doubt. The installer has definitely installed the bar wrongly. I will need to go ask him to redo it tomorrow.

Though not so happy with the mistake made, but I am glad that the seat problem is now identified. I was determined to get the Recaro seat adjustment for my Volvo ASAP to correct the seat angle, but now it is not critical anymore.
