My Cycling FTP Test via Zwift

Done my first FTP test. 45 mins short test. I use Zwift for the testing.

1. Warm up for 5 mins
2. 10 mins all out effort
3. 5 mins recovery
4. FTP test all out ride for 20 mins
5. Cool down for 5 mins

My FTP score is 145 Watts. Novice untrained category.

Average heart rate: 155 beat/min

FTP = Functional threshold power which is commonly defined as the average power you can sustain for an hour.
