I think it is poorly designed tiles, and heavy downpour from the top roof causes water to go in between the tiles.I saw they have put some silicon in between the tiles, hopefully ok for now. I wasn’t there when they fixed it.Silicon is a temporary fix. Not sure how long it will last under UV / extreame heat….
