Can’t see clearly from photos, is it a crack tile or a misplaced tile?
Developer to do something….
a. masking tape
b. a free bucket
c. silicon filler
d. went missing for weeks and you need to call again
I hope none of the above, make sure you are present when they fix your roof.

Thanks for the comment. I think it is poorly designed tiles, and heavy downpour from the top roof causes water to go in between the tiles.
I saw they have put some silicon in between the tiles, hopefully ok for now. I wasn’t there when they fixed it.
Silicon is a temporary fix. Not sure how long it will last under UV / extreame heat…. I would ask for a replacement of tile/tiles.
