All products sold at ShaShinKi.com will have a 7 days return policy!

Returned product must be in its original unopened condition. Buyer must inform us at shop@shashinki.com within the 7 days period as of the INVOICE DATE of the product before returning the product.

ShaShinKi.com will confirm with the buyer for the returning arrangement and buyer must ship the product back to ShaShinki.com Malaysia address at his/her own cost. Buyer will take full responsibility of the product damage/lost of the during the return shipment back to ShaShinKi.com, thus is advice to use insured registered shipping. Buyer must ship and return the product to ShaShinKi.com within 7 days after receiving the return confirmation. After the 7 days return period, all warranted product will be claimed under warranty/repair by ShaShinKi.com and non-warranty product is no longer returnable.

Restocking Fees: Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a ShaShinKi.com error, a restocking fee of 15% + Shipping Cost may be charged on hardware, accessories, peripherals, parts and unopened software still in its/their sealed package, and on software that has not been downloaded if the software is delivered electronically.

For faulty or defective  product/s, ShaShinKi.com will pay for the return shipping cost (compensate as shopping point to customer's account at ShaShinKi.com). Customer must inform ShaShinKi within 7 days after receiving the product/s. After 7 days, customers will have to pay for return shipping cost to claim for warranty.

For Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee product, buyer has the choice to buy and test the product within the guarantee period. No restocking fee applies.

For ShaShinKi.com Warranty product, it means that the product is usually a direct purchased in Japan. ShaShinKi.com will offer one year warranty to the product as what the manufacturer is offering. All products are actually having local Japan warranty. In case of warranty claim, Malaysia buyer just need to ship the product to ShaShinKi.com address in Perak, Malaysia. We will then ship the product to Japan for warranty claim at our own cost. For oversea buyers, please contact us for the shipping address (either Japan or Malaysia).

For Original Manufacturer Warranty product, it means that the product is covered under original manufacturer warranty. Buyer will be provided with the official warranty card by the manufacturer. In case of warranty claim, buyer can choose to send the product directly to manufacturer or to ShaShinKi.com, at buyer choice.
