Flash holder unit has a 5/8" socket to mount a flash unit to any light stand. And can be attached to your light stand, insert your flash unit and umbrella and adjust your mount so it is at an optimum angle for getting great photographic results time after time. This unit is made of aluminum alloy.

Flash, stand, triggerer and umbrella are not included.
