This Underwater Housing from Polaroid is a waterproof case enabling you to shoot beneath the water's surface with your Nikon 1 J1 digital camera with 10-30mm lens. It has a depth rating of 130'. The housing provides access to all camera functions via mechanical controls.
It is constructed from durable polycarbonate, which is clear to enable you to monitor the O-ring seal, and has a built-in flat glass lens port.
As the housing does not permit the camera's built-in flash to fire and has no strobe connector, a constant light is required in order to have sufficient illumination for clear photo and video capture (light not included). The housing features a tripod mount and a loop for attaching the included hand or neck strap.
