The Nikon AH-4 Hand Grip adds security to hand-holding a camera, and attaches from the top to the camera's standard strap eyelet, and from the bottom to the camera's tripod socket.
There is a tripod socket on the AH-4, so you can mount the AH-4 directly to your tripod or quick release plate.
