Lost / Damaged Parcel
ShaShinKi® Guarantee that all products shipped from ShaShinKi® will reach OUR CUSTOMERS in its Original Condition! ShaShinKi® Insured all the shipped parcel at our own cost (customers do not have to pay for the insurance). In case of a lost or damaged parcel, ShaShinKi® will take Full Responsibility and compensate you with a New Shipment or Full Refund!
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days after the shipment notice (we always email our customers on the shipment tracking number) if you did you receive your shipment or if your received product is damaged or faulty.
Shipping Rate & Duration
Local / Malaysia Shipping
ShaShinKi® offers Free PosLaju Shipping for order above RM50 within Malaysia! For large parcel, we use Citylink for shipping (Peninsular Malaysia). Some large volume / heavy weight product will have additional shipping charge to Sabah / Sarawak (shown at product page).
For in stock item, we ship out on the same day if order and payment are received before 3.00pm Malaysia time. Courier company (PosLaju and Citylink) normally take 1-2 days to make delivery to the address. ShaShinKi® will inform customer with courier tracking number once a product is shipped. Please contact ShaShinKi® if you did not receive your parcel within 3 working days after shipped. ShaShinKi® is not responsible for parcel unclaimed after a month from the shipped date.
For special order item, please allow 3-14 weeks for delivery. In most cases, products will be obtained and ship out within a week. ShaShinKi will offer full refund if special order item is unable to be delivered from ShaShinKi®'s supplier within the 2 weeks period. ShaShinKi® is not responsible for customer's loss or damages due to the result of late delivery / unable to deliver / cancellation of an order. In some cases there might be longer delay in delivering a stock. Please contact us if you did not get your order within 2 weeks of placing your order.
While ShaShinKi has tried her best effort in ensuring the stock status accuracy online, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of the stock status shown. Please call us at +607-5589122 to check the stock status with our staff.
International shipping is via POSLAJU / EMS (Express Mail Services). Estimated shipping travel time is 3~5 business days. Shipping cost can be checked by adding the product to your shopping cart at ShaShinKi®. Registration is NOT required.
