i am really upset with this courier service. i have waited from morning till (now) 4.40 p.m. and still taqbin fail to deliver my package that should be sent around 8-12pm. i first called their 1800 number at 1 p.m. , they said the driver is a little late. then i wait till 4 p.m., and called again, the centre said please call the branch because our system down.

I called the branch and give all the details, they said will call back in 5 minutes, but till now theres no respond. SHASHINKI always done a good job but your courier need to be more efficient and responsible. At least call the customer if cant deliver early as promised (between 8a.m. - 12p.m.). i hope SHASINKI can made a formal complaint to TAQBIN, to prevent many more of your customer to experience this problem. TQ

Hi, can I just say that I'm mightily impressed by the speed of the delivery! It was less than 24 hours! Only thing though was the package from Pos Laju had a cut through and the contents inside could be seen from the outside. I checked and opened and all the contents are intact! :)

I\'m glad to have found your site n bought a nice nikon 50mm 1.2 ais at reasonable price.
However the 2nd item that I bought b+w xs pro 52mm nano filter , I was quite upset that the price about Sgd 82 (after conversion) is quite a big difference than in Singapore which retail at $52 Sgd at reddot photo sg.
Perhaps you can explain.

Thanks for the good delivery system. I'm impressed.

But so sad, last nite once i wanted to charge the CR-123A Batteries and suddenly the Pearstone Dual-Bay Rapid Charger blow up cause a black out my entire home.

I'm so disappointed cannot go shooting at Pesta Bunga at Putrajaya (today is last day) as i only used it less that 5 months. Noted at the box shown the product has limited 1 year warranty.

So i will send it the item (a) to your respective address for further action (replace/repair).

Hope i will hear good new from you soon on this matter.
