We wrap with bubble wraps, then with extra box outside. We packed with care, and we insured all valuable parcels. If lost or damaged, we will replace with another new unit. |

I\'m considering to buy this item below but is this 1400 or 2000 mAH? How come it says 2000mAh on the battery itself. And the when you sell it paired with the battery grip it says 2000mAh in the title? Please clarify.

I cannot deny Shashinki online service is excellent based on my experience dealing with them for just a year. I purchased from them Nikon D5100, Dry Box and UV filter on 3 separate occasions. The deliveries were unbelievably fast within a day! Even Dr Koh answered every of my enquiry expeditiously.
I did a search for some product from their competitors and found them slightly cheaper but I still remained loyal to Shashinki because of their reliability in service.
I shall remain a loyal customer as long as they maintain their excellent service!

Item received in perfect condition(got it on 2nd day). Packaging was professional and email responses were quick. The price was fair.
However, I was wondering why there is a 3% charge for paying with paypal??

3% is charged by PayPal. Our profit can\'t cover the 3% PayPal fee, that\'s why we have to charge our customers if they want to use PayPal.
Using local bank (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank...etc.) does not have that fee. So is best for our customers. |

It was Jan 31, 2013 - 9 in the morning. 2 weeks before our anniversary. I wanted to get my girlfriend a new G12 as she recently lost hers. I ask Shashinki if the one they have in their website is still available. Ms Lydia(Shashinkis Gen Mgr) said it was not and it was already discontinued. I ask if there is any chance to get a hold of another one. She said she'll see what she can do. Later that evening she replied that she found a G12. To my surprise and excitement I bought it the next day (Feb 1, 2013). To cut things short. I got the G12 yesterday (Feb 6, 2013) only 3 working days after I bought it and gave it to my girlfriend who was really surprised and ecstatic!
Shashinki really made this anniversary gift possible!
To Ms Lydia and those who helped her..you're all an angel that made things possible!

Regarding the Order Number: 69013 which I finally received today, I think if Shashinki doesn\'t impose their bureaucracy on the customer, the transaction would be enjoyable, and I would certainly be back to purchase more items.
For the record, I have shopped with other online camera sellers and purchased more expensive items with no hassle - unlike Shashinki - and most probably I won\'t be a returning customer.

hello, i\'ve just bought a D90 set with nikon 18-105mm lens, just want to know, why is the lens wrapped in a white box rather than a nikon/nikkor box?

Nikon does not have D90 with 18-105mm lens in stock, so we took out the lens from our D7000 kit set and coupled it with a D90 body to complete your order, which is same as D90 kit set with 18-105mm lens. All are brand new with Nikon Malaysia warranty cards. |
