In my transaction, I certainly understand that ShaShinKi was closed for the weekend but I insisted that I make my order on Sunday (1st Nov). So, once they came back to work on Tuesday, I'd received a reply from them, early in the morning! The order was noted, and my orders were sent out almost immediately!

The best part of all, my orders arrived within 24 hours !! Thumbs up for ShaShinKi for keeping to their promises !!

This is my second times order from them. the 1st time service is good and fast. But this time service is bad. When I order from them and used maybank2u paid the payment. but I saw the order status is waiting payment, then I sent email to ask them 2 times. they never reply me. I ordered last wednesday.

same happen to me..last Friday mean 30/10/2009-until Yesterday 2 Nov 2009.
but I ordering on TUESDAY 27/ 10/ 2009 and until i write this feed back 4 / 11/ 2009 they never reply me.

If I will to purchase Canon 5D mk2 and other canon lenses from you, do you have ready stock for me to check through before buying or paying? I don\'t mind go over to your place.

I am afraid that upon receiving via mail order, I find the hardware not to my satisfaction; especially lenses, imperfection, etc.. and will be problematic.

We do not keep stock for Canon 5D Mark II. All of our items are brand new in box, and we do not have retail shop for customer to try our products. We do not open up a product for customer to test, this is to ensure that all customers are receiving brand new in box products from us.

If a product is faulty or having defect, we will do warranty claim from the manufacturer.
