My purchase of Fujifilm x10 last month under serial number:21M3933 together len hood and extra battery refers. I have encountered problem like blinkings when pointed night areas. I got to know where the service centre is at Glenmarie. Let it check by them and replaced with a new filmware. I counted myself unlucky to receive the product the conditon before i could learn it.

The best discovery if i am not wrong or heard wrongly from a dealer at the service centre who came for service as well that i bought from you the len hood and extra battery at RM168 each was a rip off from your side. We are talking about a margin more than 30% and your company boosting of best quote especially in the online retail market being the largest offering the most items for sale.

I would like to hear from you especially the last paragraphs.

I am sorry about the problem of the X10 you faced. I need to stress here that the X10 you bought from us is 100% brand new in box. All stock are fresh from Fujifilm Malaysia. X10 is very new in the market, it is definitely not OLD stock kept for years. If Fujifilm Malaysia did not upgrade the firmware for their stock, we won\'t open up every unit of the camera we receive to test and check and update each and every one of them. This will render the camera as USED.

I can\'t reveal our cost of the products here, but I can only say that the 30% profit margin of the lens hood and battery that you mentioned here is NOT TRUE but a BIG LIE. Believe it or not, you decide. (You should have asked Fujifilm Malaysia to verify / testify on the spot)

ShaShinKi has become very popular in the photography world in Malaysia. Many dealers / shops are jealous about the success of ShaShinKi, and will always tell their customers that ShaShinKi sell things at high price, while at the same time complain to distributor (Nikon, Canon, Sigma, Tamron...etc.) that ShaShinKi sell things at too low price and hurting their business. Go figure.
