I am quite disappointed with delivery. I\'ve waited for 3 weeks from the 22nd January 2010 for my binoculars and then now i have to wait for another 3 weeks. BAD (well maybe on some cases they are fast, but certainly not this one)

We have ordered the Binocular on the very same day we received your payment. The delayed was due to Nikon Malaysia making wrong product / model from Japan. We definitely want to conclude the order at the earliest time, so to have another satisfied customer. However, the delay is beyond our control and we are equally disappointed and frustrated as you.

Below is what Nikon Malaysia wrote to us today:

My apologies for the delay. We made an error in the product code specification in our initial order to Japan therefore the wrong product came in (higher spec and higher cost). We placed another order after that and it is due to arrive our warehouse in another day or two (depending on customs clearance, now it should be at KLIA). Therefore, it should be sent to you mid of next week, if not earlier. I hope you will be able to advise the customer on our behalf.

Please update your product prices. I\'ve been comparing prices of various dslr models between various shops and your online store and I have to say I am a bit disappointed, not only is your price more expensive but you also do not provide free gifts like normal shops do. Online shopping should always be cheaper and more affordable than shopping at dedicated camera shops. Again, please update your prices according to the current market prices. I\'m sure you can afford to lower your prices if other shops can.

We put prices which we think are reasonable. Without specifically mentioned which camera model, we are not sure which camera you are referring to that we sell at higher price. We often got complaints from our suppliers saying that dealers complaining that we sell things at very low price, hence affecting their profit margins. Customers often use ShaShinKi\'s price as a guideline to bargain with shops, which reflected that ShaShinKi\'s price is among the lowest or reasonable.

ShaShinKi business model is not to fight for the lowest price in the market. We are here to provide our best possible service to our customers. I believe some of our products are cheaper, while some might be more expensive than others. Some shops might get promotional price from supplier for some models, while others get others.

ShaShinKi as an online shop has its own overhead to cover as well - courier services, warehouse, staffs...etc.

We do not add in or take out things that supplied by manufacturers. If a maker provided free gifts in a camera package, the same free gifts will be given to our customers.
