Are the products in stock?

In the product description page, for products that require special order or not in stock, we will write at the bottom of the page. For all other products, unless specially mentioned, all are in stock.

Can I go to your shop and buy/pay cash?

We operate on the internet basis, reduce the overhead of rental, electricity bill, staff...etc. and offer products at the lowest possible price to our customers. Hence we do not have a retail shop for buyers to visit, but only a store room to keep our stock.

Does ShaShinKi.com accept trade in?

At the moment we do not have the trade in product services. However, we will try to implement this in the near future.

How can I assured that I will receive my ordered products after paid?

ShaShinKi.com is a Malaysia registered company. The founder, KOH KHO KING, is also the co-founder of the Malaysia first and largest online photography community ~ www.PhotoMalaysia.com. Buyers can check with the members at PhotoMalaysia.com on the credibility and reliability of ShaShinKi.com, and rest assured that all ordered products will reach in good condition as promised.

How to claim for warranty?

For Malaysia customers, all warranty claim products need to return to our store address in Perak. Please inform us prior to returning. For oversea customers, please contact us for returning details/address.

What is the different between Local version and Japan Import version?

For Nikon D80, D200, Lenses...etc., we have both local (Malaysia) version and Japan Import version.

The different between Local version and Japan Import version is warranty, hardcopy manual and sometimes included software. Cameras or lenses wise are EXACTLY the same. Both local version and Japan import version will have multi-language selectable (English included) in the menu. Power supply is worldwide 100~240V compatible.

For Nikon DSLR, warranty is country based. For local version, the warranty is under Nikon Malaysia. In case of warranty claim, you can send the product directly to Nikon Malaysia or through us.

For Japan import version, the warranty is under Nikon Japan. Due to the distance and inconvenient of customers to deal directly with Nikon Japan, ShaShinKi.com is offering One Year ShaShinKi.com warranty for the product. In case of warranty claim, customer just needs to send the product to our Perak store, we will then send to Nikon Japan at our own cost. We do believe that Nikon Japan will do a better job than any other service center. Please take note that some of the Japan Import products will not have warranty card included, as we will be keeping the warranty card ourselves.
