Why is there extra shipping cost
to Sabah / Sarawak for product above RM50?
ShaShinKi® offers FREE SHIPPING within
Malaysia for order above RM50, with some exceptions. Products that are of big
size or heavy weight (tripod, camera bag, dry cabinet...etc.) are having very
high shipping cost to Sabah / Sarawak via PosLaju. In order to keep our selling
price competitive, we have to extract the shipping cost to Sabah / Sarawak from
our selling price, and impose it separately for shipment to these two States.
Most of our products are still of FREE SHIPPING as stated on the product page.
How to claim for warranty?
For Malaysia customers, all warranty
claim products need to return to our store address in Johor. Please inform us
prior to returning. For oversea customers, please contact us for returning
details/address.
What is Import Product?
Import product is product that
ShaShinKi® import directly from oversea supplier at significantly lower price
than local distributor. This enables ShaShinKi® to offer product at lower price
with good saving to our customers. The different between import product and
local product is just the warranty. Import product is having One Year ShaShinKi®
warranty, bare the same warranty conditions as local set. ShaShinKi® will pay for
the cost to repair / replace an import product at ShaShinKi® own cost when
warranty claim / repair is needed.
Product wise, import set is exactly the same as local set.
