By signing up with ShaShinKi Photo, you hereby agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

• You acknowledge that your photos must be approved by the ShaShinKi Photo team. Once approved, your images will be released and placed at ShaShinKi Photo. There is no guarantee that every photo will be accepted.

• You acknowledge and agree that you will only submit photos/images taken by you. ShaShinKi Photo reserves the right to immediately delete any photos/images from the ShaShinKi Photo database if it is discovered that the photos you submit belong to another photographer and are being represented as your work.

• You hereby indemnify ShaShinKi Photo from any and all claims made against ShaShinKi Photo as a result of your submitting for sale photographs or images belonging to another person or entity. You hereby agree to bear any legal costs and pay any award for damages that may result from your submitting photographs or images belonging to another person or entity.

• You acknowledge and agree that you have all legal documents of model release or property release for photographs that require model or property release. You hereby agree to bear any legal costs and pay any award for damages that may result from your submitting photographs or images that do not have the model or property release.

• You acknowledge and agree to pay ShaShinKi Photo the specified commission as displayed in the photographer sign-up area for each sale. You also acknowledge and agree to receive payment of your sales at the end of each calendar month with a minimum amount of US$50.00.  Payments do not include any shipping or freight costs that may be paid to ShaShinKi Photo for photographer products which are purchased and dispatched to the client.  You also acknowledge and agree to accept payment via cheque in Malaysia currency (Malaysia only), direct bank transfer (Malaysia only), or PayPal (Worldwide). Exchange rate: USD1.00 = RM3.00.

(If your details have not been previously supplied  - You must supply ShaShinKi Photo with your Banking Account details at least 7 days prior to the end of the calendar month in order to receive that months payments.)

ShaShinKi Photo reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions at any time, at ShaShinKi Photo's sole discretion.

• All you have to do is sign up and upload your photos. We handle the rest.

• Signing up and uploading your photos is Free. We handle all of the sales, promotion and customer support and take 30% commission from every photo you sell.

• Your profit from the sales of your photos is paid to you when the total accumulated amount exceeds USD50.00.

• If you resides within Malaysia, you will be paid via local cheque or cash deposit or bank transfer of money to your account in RM currency. Exchange rate: US$1 = RM3.00.
• If you resides outside of Malaysia, you will be paid via PayPal. You must have a PayPal account in order to receive our payment. No any other payment method for oversea photographers.
• You can also convert your profit to ShaShinKi Shopping Points and use the points to purchase products at ShaShinKi Shop.

• As long as you take photographs and have internet access, then you can sign up with us and start selling your photos. Minimum upload photo size is 4 Mega Pixels, ShaShinKi Photo reserves the right to approve or reject submitted photos.
