What format are the photos in?
All ShaShinKi Photo - Malaysia's Online Stock Photo! photos are in JPG format.

How do I purchase photo?
We accept only PayPal payment at ShaShinKi Photo at the moment. You need to have a valid PayPal account. Registration at ShaShinKi Photo is NOT needed, just add the photo to your shopping cart and click the PayPal button to redirect the PayPal website. Complete the payment at PayPal and you will then receive email from ShaShinKi Photo with a download link of the photo in the email.

Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.

Can I submit photos to sell?
Yes, sign up to our Photographers group and you can submit and upload your photos to sell at ShaShinKi Photo.

Do you offer refunds?
There will be no refund once an order is made.

Are there any restrictions on my use of the ShaShinKi Photo - Malaysia's Online Stock Photo! photos that I download?
Yes. While ShaShinKi Photo - Malaysia's Online Stock Photo! offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution/resell of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.

Is account sharing allowed?
No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.
