This is one of my love to eat dish! Fried sotong (hmm…what do you call it in English?)…Ok…I remember now…squid… ;)

Not easy to fried till golden colour…sorry…I don’t know how…you will have to ask my wife…but I can tell you it tastes GREAT! Very crispy and chewy! :D
