豆豉苦瓜焖鸡肉。
切片洋葱,姜,葱末炒香。加入苦瓜,鸡肉和豆豉一起炒。加适量水闷至苦瓜烂,用少许糖调味,收汁。
注: 豆豉本身已经带咸,所以如果喜欢吃咸的,下盐前先尝一下味道。免得太咸了。

韭菜切幼+小干虾(日本的“樱花虾〕+面粉+ 糖少许+水, 搅成面粉浆,干煎或deep fried都可以。如果不要用干虾,可以用肉末。

苦瓜榨菜番茄汤。
如果有红萝卜也可以加进去。甜酸苦辣一锅熟!
在日本,当苦瓜,香蕉,青菜(绿叶),青豆,草莓都变成很多很便宜时,就是春天来了!
夏天里则有西瓜,蜜瓜,jagung, 奇异果,姜, 黄瓜,番茄 等等等。。

As for Megumi…same as usual…

I ate 3~4 bowls of rice…how to keep fit like that?! Nevermindlah…tummy uses as pillow loh…

This is one of my love to eat dish! Fried sotong (hmm…what do you call it in English?)…Ok…I remember now…squid…

Not easy to fried till golden colour…sorry…I don’t know how…you will have to ask my wife…but I can tell you it tastes GREAT! Very crispy and chewy!

Not easy to fried a fish hoh…especially till golden colour. Don’t believe you try it yourself…
