I live in TTDI and pay 98RM/month for the Celcom 4Gbps HSPA service. In daytime up to 4.00pm the average speed I get is about 200 to 400Kbps and after 4.00PM it goes down to a maximum of 10Kbps and usually much less. Most nights it stalls so that I can’t use the internet at all and even Celcom’s broadband speedometer test stops before it can complete !!
Others tell me exactly the same story with their ISP’s and we all believe we are being ripped-off by the Malaysian telco’s and government cronies.
I’ve recently been in Sulawesi, Turkey, and Azerbaijan where the broadband speeds are greater than 1.0Mbps day and night yet those countries are claimed to be more backward than Malaysia. Tell that to the average Malaysian being ripped-off. I won’t even mention European speeds which are light years ahead.
Malaysian broadband is a bad international joke and is suitable only for a 3rd world country. Foreign companies are moving to other Asian countries because of our lousy broadband infrastructure and sky-high charges.
When will the telco & government spin change to an honest admission of the problems and make real investments in the infrastructure ? I guess no time soon while they are still pocketing their billions at our expense.

Know this, even though Celcom BB has a 5GB limit. But now there is a software which can reset it back to full speed. My daughter used CELCOM as no other Wireless Broadband service in Curtin Sarawak, when she come back to Kota Kinabalu, this CELCOM Broadband service really suck and None of the staffs seem resposible for theie weakness , they pass from one staff to another with NO Solution in Sight !!!

- Resin / Plastic. All same.

b. what’s the benefit of cokin system if compare with others ?

- Cokin filter is rectangular shape, you can rotate the holder or pull up and down the position of the filter. You can change just the adapter ring for different lenses.

c. what we need to caution if using of cokin system ?

- Select the correct series, because normally you will just want one series.

d. can you please show us the contain of details about the following items ? i means the photo of every pieces of filter in package of Cokin X-Pro W950, W951, W960, W961 ? because i really have no idea what’s ( X121M Graduated Medium Gray G2 Filter ) … thanks

- I do not have product shots of each of the photo. On the product page, it has given the descriptions of each filter.

I would suggest you to terminate the service immediately. I wasted RM99 x 12 months = RM1188, which is a lot more than RM350 if terminate the service. In your case, you are going to pay a lot more with sucks services.

as i am writting this, i am currently buffering a video in youtube. The best part is I have read nearly 10 long comments and when i checked my video, it hasn’t even buffered 1%. I fail to understand how the government allow this kind of fraud.
Best part is im stuck with Celcom due to 2-year contract.(Rm350 fine to break contract)
I live in Penang and i never thought the day will come where my download speed was a mere 0.1kb….
NEVER EVER BUY CELCOM !!!
