Nikon D3s or wait?
Posted by KhoKing on Tuesday Oct 26, 2010 Under PhotographyIf I took the D3s now…I won’t be able to afford the upgrade when D4 comes out (rumors said summer 2011). I am using D200 now, which I use it very roughly and sparingly.
Hmm…should I wait?
There is a D3s sitting on the rack waiving me to take it out…do I need higher megapixel? 1080i HD video? Hmm…

Forget the megapixels, it’s mostly marketing mumbojumbo. With the full-frame D3s you’ll have a marvelous tool, and it’ll be useful many years from now, my friend! Sensor size matters, and high ISO! Good luck, and my respects for your good blog, and beautiful family.

I would grab the D3S if I got the money
Tried it when I was in Japan 2 weeks back, mounted with a 85 1.4G, Killer combo! If money no concern take this or just wait for the D800 replacement 
Any idea when its coming?
