Animated avatar

I just created TWO Avatars for myself. I like animated avatar so that it gives more LIVE feel than just static avatar, here’s to share/show:
How to do it? The original avatar is creation is from:
http://www.sp-studio.de/
I then added the background and camera+flash myself. Added glowing light around the body too.
Then create another copy with closed eyes. Everything else is the same.
Then merge these two photos using animation studio, set the timing, duplicate some.
Done.
Repeat the same steps for flash light effect.
