Regarding passport, visa, birth certificate inquiries, call time is from 2-5pm, Monday to Friday.

Documents needed for passport renewing:
(all original and photocopy 1 set in A4 size paper)
1. Original Passport (Photo/Details page, Visa Page, Signature Page & Passport Number page)
2. Malaysia Identification Card
3. Birth Certificate
4. Marriage Certificate
5. Three photos (5cm x 3.5cm with blue background taken in studio, not instant machine type)
6. Alien Registration Card
7. JPY9840.00

to enter malaysia
transit visa procedures
